What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order however, you should consider the cost of postage and packaging.

What should I do in case of a product malfunction?

Contact us as soon as possible with the landline number above.  During office hours a member of our staff with be able to take your details and arrange for an engineer to visit if necessary.  If the malfunction occurs outside of normal opening hours and an urgent repair is required, please leave a message on the answering service provided and an engineer will be contact you or make their way to you as soon as possible.  Please note that this is not a 24 hour service.
